50K Day 1: 3,601 words, 8 p.m.
Apart from the 179 words I wrote in a short letter to my mom, and the 800 words I added to one of my many blogs, I more than doubled my daily quota of 1,600 words by clocking up 3,601.
I’m tempted to keep going, but I know I need a break, and the euphoria will no doubt wear off sooner or later.
I can hardly believe I’ve done it: I’ve stuck to my plan to complete this writing challenge. For one whole day already!
